Shipping and Returns - Easy Linen Crafts

Processing time:

At Easy Linen Crafts, each order is carefully handcrafted after placing it. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. However, during holidays or peak shopping periods, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order and ensure it meets our quality standards.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We can only accept cancellations within this timeframe otherwise the items can be made already.
In rare cases, if an item is out of stock or no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and may suggest suitable alternative products.

 

Shipping:

We ship worldwide and offer free Standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:
- EU: 3–7 working days;
- US, Canada, Australia: 3–5 working days;
- UK: Standard shipping 5–14 working days (no import duties) or Express shipping 1–3 working days (import duties may apply).
Couriers usually deliver on time, but delivery times may vary depending on your location. Occasionally, delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Customs:

No additional customs fees or taxes apply to orders shipped to the USA, EU, or Australia.
For the United Kingdom, there are also no import fees when Standard Delivery is selected. Import duties and taxes may apply only if Express Shipping is chosen.
For all other countries, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.

 

Returns and exchanges - not accepted:

Each item in our shop is made to order - we cut the fabric and sew it especially for you after your purchase. We do not keep items in stock, which is why we’re unable to accept returns.
We kindly ask our customers to shop responsibly and sustainably. Because of the wide range of custom sizes and color variations we offer, returned items cannot be resold and would remain unused in our studio.
